Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Avyona Pro-3. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in original, unopened packaging.
Because the Avyona Pro-3 is a large freight item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend reviewing all product specifications, dimensions, and details thoroughly before ordering. Our team is also happy to answer any questions before you purchase — just call or text us.
Important: Items that have been opened, assembled, or used are not eligible for return under our standard return policy. If you believe your item arrived damaged or defective, please see our Warranty section below — that is handled separately.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return freight shipping costs
- Items must be returned to our Fairfax, Virginia warehouse
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is straightforward. Follow the steps below and our team will guide you through the rest.
Contact Us
Email us at hello@avyonausa.com or call/text +1 (202) 699-5199 with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility within 1 business day.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and our warehouse address. Do not ship without an RA number — unannounced returns cannot be processed.
Arrange Freight Shipping
Because the Pro-3 ships via freight, you'll need to arrange a freight carrier for the return. We can recommend carriers if needed. Ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original carton.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 1–2 business days after arrival), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we process the refund on our end.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different configuration or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
- Credit/Debit Cards — refund processed within 5–7 business days of approval
- Shop Pay / Affirm financing — refund issued to the financing account; contact your lender for timeline
- PayPal — refunded to your PayPal balance within 3–5 business days
- Original freight shipping charges are non-refundable
2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every Avyona Pro-3 comes with a 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering all mechanical and electrical components — including all three motors, the control system, the frame structure, and the electrical wiring.
- Covered: Motors, control system, frame defects, electrical wiring, manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Not Covered: Normal upholstery wear, cosmetic damage from use, damage from misuse or improper handling, unauthorized modifications
If your item arrived damaged during freight transit, please photograph the damage immediately before unpacking or assembling the unit, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Freight damage claims require documentation to file with the carrier on your behalf.
To submit a warranty claim, email hello@avyonausa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Items that have been opened, assembled, or used
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items returned without a Return Authorization number
- Accessories, consumables, or add-on items sold separately (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to improper use, negligence, or unauthorized repair
